Paid Search/CPC Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Analyze and assess the performance of paid search campaigns and translate quantitative and qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the campaign strategy.
• Assist clients with meeting ROI expectations by performing ad copy testing and keyword analysis.
• Implement successful bidding strategies and effective keyword management.
• Continually monitor, revise, and optimize ad text as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with clients on status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Create, categorize and refine keyword lists to create a comprehensive campaign that drives qualified visitors to client sites.
• Use statistical analysis to draw conclusions about marketing campaigns and make recommendations accordingly.

Job Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience managing Google AdWords accounts.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to find solutions to various Internet marketing problems and prioritize work.
• Self-starter with "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic.
• Excellent client communication skills; extreme Internet and e-mail proficiency.
• Strong knowledge of business and an excellent command of the English language, both oral and written.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree from 4-year accredited college.
• Minimum 3.2 GPA.

Computer Equipment and Software Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Microsoft Office Tools Suite.
• Intermediate Excel skills.

Customer Service Representative

Interact with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Receive customers' requests by telephone or email, analyze requests, provide information requested or ascertain who best can provide the information, and route the request to the proper person. Assist project leaders with any essential functions for project completion.

Essential Functions:

• Trains, explains tasks, and assists in the solution of problems.
• Assist with maintaining customer contact with speed and professionalism.
• Maintains liaison with other departments for contract completion and project management.
• Has knowledge of services, prices, delivery times, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Update mail/phone directories.
• Perform secretarial/administrative duties: making calls, scheduling meetings/conferences and taking meeting notes.
• Greet visitors, including clients and vendors, with a friendly attitude.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• One (1) year's experience in customer service.

Inside Sales Representative

The opening is full-time. We need someone who can help develop and manage incoming leads for companies seeking our search marketing services. Virante has nearly doubled in size each year for the past 3 years, and we need another sales rep. to keep the momentum going. Virante has a great atmosphere and we are fortunate enough to generate most of our business from existing clients and their referrals. Minimal traveling is involved for this position.

Essential Functions:

• Assist with maintaining prospective customer contact.
• Explain Virante service offering and pricing to potential customers.
• Understand client needs and set appropriate client expectations.
• Manage forecasts, close deals, and track customer data.
• Have knowledge of services, prices, delivery times, various marketing promotional services, and similar data, as required.
• Be accountable for growing existing business relationships and acquiring new business.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) year's experience in sales.
• Knowledge and ability--English and grammar.

Entry Level SEO Analyst

The opening is a salaried, full-time position. No prior experience is needed and training will be provided.

Assist the SEO (search engine optimization) team in implementing SEO strategies across a wide range of web sites. Candidates need to be personable, ambitious and detail-oriented with basic computer knowledge and an interest in internet marketing.

You will report to a search engine marketing team manager and work as part of a team for the development of several companies' search engine optimization (SEO) strategy. A positive attitude, self- motivation and excellent communication skills are definite assets to this position. Above all, quality and efficiency are mandatory for this position.

Duties/Responsibilities will include:

• Managing and monitoring client(s) SEO strategy and campaigns
• Working as part of a team to brainstorm new SEO strategies for clients
• Following standard operating procedures
• Potential communications on behalf of client(s)

Senior Level Web Developer

Looking for someone with the experience and understanding to help with end to end web development projects. We use open source frameworks and ingenuity to build interesting SaaS internal properties.

Duties include
